He has distinctive experience in business and policy domains and advised on strategic and political risks, reputation advisory, and dispute support. Probal is an Indian army veteran, a leading historian, strategic expert, speaker, columnist, and a prominent author of three best-selling nonfiction books. A regular media commentator, he holds a master’s from Columbia University (US) and is a Braun Myers Fellow, R D Sethna and J N Tata Scholar.
Tushar Nemade
FounderTushar is a founding partner with Birdstone. He is a former global banker and was associated with Credit Suisse AG, based in Singapore, heading the Financial Institutions relationships across South East Asia and the Indian sub-continent.
During this period, he gained insights into critical aspects of the cross-border regulatory frameworks, compliances, and risk assessment at country, counterparty, and transaction levels. He has been at the fore-front in resolving disputes involving borrowers, bankers, investors, amongst others, with most of them being cross-border and involving global jurisdictions.
Tushar has been in commercial roles in the services industry across countries like Singapore, India, and Nigeria covering Consulting, Banking, Commodity Trading, Manufacturing, Services, and Logistics. He has advised clients on versatile engagements relating to benchmarking, complex disputes, and policy and political risks.
